Overview
Intended Use
The PABA-1000 ACR Analyzer is intended to be used with the mALB/Cr Reagent Kit manufactured by Changsha Sinocare Inc. to quantitatively determine microalbuminuria, creatinine and ACR (the ratio of microalbuminuria and creatinine) in urine sample. It is for in vitro diagnostic use only. It is intended for prescription point-of-care use as an aid in the diagnosis of renal disease.
Working Principle
The ACR of tested sample is determined by colorimetry (Cr) and fluorometry (mALB). When passing through tested solution, one light beam is absorbed by Solution A, while another light beam excites the fluorescent substances in Solution B. The content of tested substance, which is clinically significant, can be acquired by analyzing the amount of absorbed light or generated florescence.

ACR Monitoring System consists of PABA-1000 ACR analyzer, mALB/Cr Reagent Kit and control solutions (level 1, level 2). The mALB/Cr Reagent Kit is intended to be used with the PABA-1000 ACR Analyzer to quantitatively determine microalbuminuria, creatinine and ACR (the ratio of microalbuminuria and creatinine) in urine sample.
