[imeeli ni idaabobo] The Blood Lipid Reagent Kit (TC/TG/HDL-C/LDL-C) is intended to quantitatively determine four types of blood lipid (total cholesterol TC, triglyceride TG, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-C, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-C) in human serum. Clinically, it is mainly used as an aid in the diagnosis of hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis.

Lilo ti a lo

Total cholesterol (TC) is an important clinical biochemical indicator. High level TC can lead to atherosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis, diabetes, coronary heart disease, diseases of the liver and biliary system, etc.

Triglyceride (TG) is not only proportional to TC, body fat rate and blood glucose, but also closely correlated to obesity. High level TG can lead to hyperlipidemia. The elevation of TG is related to diseases such as atherosclerosis. Thus, the detection of TG is of great importance in the prevention and diagnosis of diabetes, nephropathy, bile duct obstruction and other endocrine disorders related to lipid metabolism.

High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) helps to adjust the process of reverse cholesterol transport, anti-oxide, antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory, and affect vascular endothelial function, which all pose positive effect on the prevention of coronary heart disease. As an important indicator of monitoring blood lipid level, HDL-C has particular meaning in drug selection and prognosis estimation of coronary heart disease therapy and atherosclerosis therapy.

Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) is also known as atherogenic factor. LDL-C reflects the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level, the higher ratio it is over TC, the higher risk it is to get atherosclerosis. Precise detection of LDL-C is very important in the early-stage prevention, diagnosis, treatment and observation of curative effect of coronary heart disease. LDL-C is the main basis for guiding the drug use of hypercholesterolemia patients.
